What’s Our Return Policy?
While we do not typically offer returns and exchanges, we prioritize our customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving wrong or damaged items, please get in touch with us immediately at info@familiadefe.shop.
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided exclusively to customers receiving incorrect or damaged items. In such cases, please notify us at info@familiadefe.shop with photographs of the affected items, and we’ll work promptly to rectify the situation.
Size/Color Exchanges:
Currently, we do not provide exchanges. To determine the best fit, kindly refer to our sizing charts available for every product in its description. If, however, an item is mislabelled, notify us within a week after receiving your order at info@familiadefe.shop with your order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund.
Detailed Return Procedures:
Claim Submission: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items should be submitted within 30 days of product receipt. For lost packages, claims must be made no later than 30 days post the estimated delivery date. Mistakes on our end will be rectified at our expense.
Return Address: By default, returns are directed to our partnered Printful facility. Receiving a returned shipment will trigger an automated notification to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. Utilizing a different return address makes you accountable for returned shipments.
Address Concerns:
- Incorrect Address: Shipments returned due to an insufficient address will necessitate reshipment costs upon address verification.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages returned will result in reshipment charges.
Specific Product Concerns: Printful does not accept returns for sealed items, e.g., face masks, due to health/hygiene reasons. Such items, if returned, will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Customer-Initiated Returns: It’s advisable for customers to contact info@familiadefe.shop before initiating any returns. We generally do not process refunds for buyer’s remorse, barring specific exceptions for Brazilian customers.
EU Consumer Rights: In compliance with the Directive 2011/83/EU, we do not offer withdrawal rights for:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
- Sealed goods which are unsealed post-delivery, rendering them unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene concerns.
All policy interpretations should be in English, irrespective of translations.
