Familia de Fe Shipping & Return Policy
1. General We operate Familia de Fe. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here. We collaborate with multiple print-on-demand facilities around the world, so orders may be fulfilled from various locations. This may lead to different shipping rates or separate shipments for items within a single order. We strive for accurate stock counts on our website, but discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we’ll fulfill available products and inform you about any backordered items, offering the choice to wait or receive a refund.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This is the final shipping cost. Due to our global network of print-on-demand facilities, products within a single order might be shipped separately, potentially incurring multiple shipping charges.
Domestic Transit: Typically, orders within the domestic region are in transit for 2-7 days.
International Transit: International orders usually take 4-22 days, depending on the chosen courier and the fulfillment location.
Customs & Taxes: International orders might incur customs or tax fees, which aren’t under our control. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country. Before placing an order, we recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges.
3. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of item receipt. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Customers cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed as store credit, excluding shipping fees.
Warranty Claims: We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt. Customers pre-pay return shipping, which we’ll reimburse upon a successful claim. After verifying the warranty claim (usually within 7 days), you can opt for:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
- A replacement (if available)
Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect products, notify us within a week at info@familiadefe.shop with photos and order details. We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund.
